Floating,
gently falling,
dancing gracefully through the air,
swirling, twirling, floating
from the treetops high above,
landing softly over the leaf covered ground below,
delighted to join the rest of their fallen friends.
The music ends,
their dance complete,
now patiently waiting
for the winter symphony
to begin its joyful harmony
of peaceful serenity,
as the angelic snow falls
and covers the brown leaves
with a pure beautiful white
glistening blanket of snow.
Leaves gracefully dance with joy,
as they fall from the trees above,
for they know the truth
of the fallen.
After you fall,
you will change
and become better,
and more beautiful,
than you have
ever been before.

“Hast thou fallen?
Do not groan and lament:
rather be thankful for the opportunity given thee to rise once more.”
