Bipolar is Not for the Faint of Heart

Bipolar is not for the faint of heart.

You must have strength, courage, resiliency and the fortitude

to survive painful symptoms, feelings, situations and experiences,

difficult, scary and dangerous life challenges, obstacles and struggles

that may get in your way,

try to block you,

stop you,

and hold you back

from making your dreams come,

but you can still make

all your dreams come true,

because you are not faint of heart.

You are are a survivor and a hero.

If you were once faint of heart,

after your diagnosis with bipolar, PTSD or any mental illness,

you are forced to become strong, courageous and resilient

to overcome and conquer,

to live, survive

and thrive.

You are a survivor and a hero,

every second,

every minute,

every day

you are

alive.

Bipolar is not for the faint of heart.
