How God Saves From Suicide
God saved my life. God saves and heals.
I am living proof of that. ~Susan Walz
Please don’t give up. Suicidal thoughts can end. There is hope. Recovery is possible and it happens. I am living proof of that.
The next video is another beautiful testimony about how God saves people’s lives. The christian rapper/hip hop artist, Sevin, is another example of that.
On the following video Sevin says:
I always had suicidal thoughts as a kid… I fell into an abyss and started self medicating. Anything to numb myself.
I walked into my room and put my gun to my head. In the moment I had the gun to my head, the holy spirit fell on me. I felt an overwhelming peace and acceptance. It literally went through my body and it changed me.
God came off the pages and jumped into my real life and changed me.
God changed my heart and my life.
Now God is literally with me and in me everywhere I go. I feel his presence.
It is an overwhelming sense of peace. You cannot deny that feeling.
Let’s get to Christ together. My music became my bridge.
I wanted to use my gift to glorify God.
Hooked on God (H.O.G.) is the name of his ministry.
I said to God, ‘Whatever you gotta do. Change me. Whatever you got to do to get me to surrender, do it.’
God said, ‘I just did.’
‘Message received.’
Embrace the Holy Spirit and let Him change you.
Whatever He put in you, it will work. Let God take you where He wants you to go.

September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month
So, I will write and share a post every day during the month of September containing important facts, statistics and educational information about suicide and suicide prevention. The name of my campaign is called…
Remember in September.
Prevent suicide yesterday.
Today, may be too late.
Don’t let there be anymore “what if” or “if I only” yesterday statements.
Make your today never become a yesterday you will regret.
Save lives. Talk about it. Don’t wait. Get help. Don’t let yesterday become too late.
If you have any stories or information about suicide prevention you would like me to share on my blog, please let me know. I would love to share any information you have. Thank you in advance for your contributions.
Together we can do this. It takes a village…
and this wonderful and beautiful blogging community…
