Today I have two videos to show you. One video is sad, but very real and speaks the truth about suicide. The other video also speaks the truth and is beautiful and full of hope. I wanted to leave you today with happy thoughts full of life, love and hope…
The words of this short music video are very powerful and dark.
There are no pictures, just words.
The words and music are enough. It tells us and shows us what suicide is…
I wish I could apologize for this, but really… I can’t.
Suicide speaks for itself, but we must speak the truth about suicide.
We cannot hide. We cannot hide behind suicide. This is suicide.
So, here is a real and very honest, truthful video about suicide.
It is sad. It is raw. It is painful, but it is real.
Suicide is very real. Suicide happens way too often.
We must talk openly and honestly about suicide,
so we can educate others,
prevent suicides…
and SAVE LIVES.
“Her Last Words”

The next video is a video to give you hope.
There is hope.
We can recover.
I am living proof of that…
This video is long… but keep listening .
It will be worth it and uplifting.. I promise.
It will give you HOPE…
This video is awesome. This is the truth. This is beautiful. Please listen to all of it.
Life never satisfies without God.
True help can only come from our creator.
God isn’t fooled. He knows all our thoughts.
He will always love us. We are all sinful, but He is good.
He will free us from our prison cells. He won’t leave us alone.
He died in our place. Taking our sin and giving us grace.
I rise from the grave and I am willing to save.
Repent and believe and I will give you life.
God chose to love me and make me his own.
Now I am alive, when once I was dead.
The heart of our problem, is the problem of our heart.
We are all full of flaws, full of sin.
Our hearts need transforming and cleansing by Christ.
It gives new breath to my lungs, new life to my veins.
I am forgiven, adopted and loved as God’s child.
It is the way and the truth and the life.
The reason my smile isn’t fake…
is Christ.
September is National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month
I am a numerous suicide attempt survivor. Praise God, I am still alive today.
God has saved my life numerous times. Too many times to count. I know I am only alive today, because of God’s grace and mercy. He continues to save my life.
My brain has been trying to kill me for twenty-five years, but God continues to say, “no” and saves my life again and again.
I am happy to be alive and I praise God for my every breath of life once again.
I can see the light again. I made it out of the darkness of my utter despair and sorrow of severe suicidal depression, once again. I survived another one of my many severe dangerous suicidal depressions. Praise God.
I made it out alive to the other side of my brain and life again, to the upper end of my mood pole of hypomania to see that life is good again. I came out of the darkness and now all I can see is the shining light and the beauty in life and living again. There is such a miraculous beauty and feeling in surviving such deep darkness and despair. Thank you God, for saving me again.
I pray God will continue to give me strength and will keep giving others strength to keep fighting and surviving to live and love life.
I am a Mental illness advocate and it is my passion to educate about mental illness, increase awareness about mental illness, reduce the stigma of mental illness and the stigma associated with suicide and help prevent suicides. I want to and must reduce the alarmingly increasing rate of suicides around the world today.
I continue to make a daily post about suicide everyday throughout the month of September for Suicide Prevention month. This is post #25 and if you have missed my previous posts, please check them out on my blog. Also, continue looking on my blog for more daily posts about suicide for the rest of September.
We must all make our voices heard very loud and strong about mental illness, mental illness stigma and suicide prevention. It is critical and it is crucial.
Each life is beautiful, precious and priceless.
We must prevent suicides and save lives…
all over the world on our big beautiful planet called Earth.
Have a happy, peaceful and healthy day and may your days and life overflow with many blessings and…
please know you are loved and you all matter.
You all make a positive difference, influence and impact on the world and in the lives of many people.
You touch the hearts and lives of everyone around you, near and far…
God bless you all.
Love and hugs, Sue
