Nourish the Love Inside You (Daily Word Prompt is Pluck)

Water and nourish the love inside you.

Make your love grow by sharing it with others.

You can never run out of the love you give away.

You replenish your heart with the love you give away,

by the great joy that comes from helping and loving others.

Happiness comes from having an unselfish, forgiving and loving heart.

Love and kindness given away always bounces right back at you,

and the love you throw will be caught and thrown to someone new.

The more love you give away,

the more love you have to share.

You will always have enough love to spare,

so keep loving and showing someone you care.

Do not judge others.

Let God be the judge.

Pluck hate out of your heart.

Pluck stigma from the feathers of the unwise mind.

“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you. 

“Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye? How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye?

You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye. Matthews 7:1-5 (NIV)

People who stigmatize have a huge planks in both their eyes. They can not see the truth of what mental illness is. They are blinded by ignorance, fear and hate.

Stop stigma now.
