shy and bold.

Understand the severity of our symptoms and the severe pain
caused by the disease that is chronically living within our brain.
We must be a voice,

With education we can teach
everything to all we must reach.

To suicide too many lives we have lost
this is what the mental illness stigma cost.
We must be a voice,
we have no choice.
Mental illness stigma is contributing and plays a huge part
in the increasing rate of suicide numbers going off the chart.
We must be a voice,
we have no choice.
It is time for mental illness stigma to end,
your heart, your words, anything you can lend.

Of course everyone has a choice. Just asking for help with something I am very passionate about and it will help save lives.

Yes I think I see what you mean… We have a choice to fight the stigma… Maybe my wording could have been different…. We have a choice to use our voice…. That works. I think I was just coming off very strong with my words. Thanks for your comment. I appreciate it and it made me think about it. Thank you.
